Go to the worst* person you can imagine beeing with in your sourrounding, spend time and attention, do the things for the person you would do for your most beloved ones.
That is, love your neighbor!
*not the ones you hate, which is love too, but the ones you laugh at, that are too inferior to hang out with.
That would bring a energy exchange in which there would be no suffering anymore.

Love your neighbor is the only way of life, to have harmony in a world. The bible, the koran, hinduism and so on, the state law, even any thought about ethics would not be in the thining pattern, just a helpful soceity between each other, where not even the word help exists, but is an action only.
To say have a nice day and thing that is love is an illusion. Either you give love or not, words doesn´t mean a thing. To say have nice day in SENDING love is the difference. It´s a signal, like radio

Here is practical detail of this truth. Do you take trip to Disney Land or upgrade to brand new car when you hardly make living & can't even get 2nd pair of shoes? Likely not, but why do you go ahead & schedule your trip to Disney Land or upgrade to fancy car when your neighbor across the street cant pay his bills? If we loved our neighbors as ourselves we would feel their needs as our own & considered them in our spending decisions. Dont just smile & say I love you brother, share your wallet.

I really think Anthony Kosinec is a great Kabbalist, even though i am not into Kabbalah like i used to be.
