i used Reginout System Utilities to get rid of the problem

Alrighty, I got it working.
I had to...
1) Search CMD.EXE
2) Right click, run as admin
3) Put the file in my C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder
4) Use the command line - regsvr32 msinet.ocx
It worked this way, hope this helped! Seeing as this was the first video I found while googling you guys might like it as well.

Now here is a question what would I do now when it says this, "The module "msinet.ocx" failed to Load. Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files The specified module could not be found.

how do you find the system32 file?
