Great invention! I always had such a hard time changing the sheets on my son's upper bunk bed - the mattress was so heavy! Now he is married and just moved home for awhile and we want to build a queen-size loft bed for his smallish bedroom. Good luck with marketing this. However, I'm sure it will be quite expensive!? I wonder if you will produce queen-size loft beds?

@porcellaga I am glad you like the design. I am working with a manufacturer and hope to have a product available for resale soon. We are shooting for a price difference of about $200 above a standard loft bed of similar size and material. I believe the higher price will pay for itself after you change the bedding a couple of times. At this point we are concentrating on the twin loft. Other sizes will become available once it proves itself in the marketplace.

Thanks for the interest in the Easy Living Loft Bed. I am afraid there are no plans I can send you. However, I am working with a manufacturer in Edmore MI on producing the bed for retail. Wow, i love this! I want one just like it but in a double bed, not single and i want it to be so tall i can stand under it. and in a nice stained brown wood color :}

@EasyLivingLoftBed haha nah man i was kidding, a maid is the LAST thing i can afford! im actually building a loft bed for my room very soon and i am goin to try to make something like this. its freakin mindblowing!
