I've emailed and written to my sheriff and he hasn't even the decency to respond. I just asked him if he had an oath of office and, if so, to please provide me with a copy. What should I do next? He lives within a mile of me : )

@silverfoils If there is a man/woman Claiming to be "Sheriff" then they have taken an oath, Thats how one enters into office after election.
