The LA City Council spent almost as much time debating where to allow the public to speak out against the Museum of Tolerance's massive expansion for a party room as it actually gave the public to speak. Still, letting the public speak is progress although as usual was unanimous to support the project.

  • oral comments are worthless. written comments need to be submitted in the prior hearings in the departments and the committees and then before the city council hearing. Then when the city violates as many city codes as possible, the citizens should sue. Then the citizens need to disqualify the judges until they find a judge that isn't a hit man for the developer mafia.
