not alot of ppl wanna make pictures smaller, they wanna make them bigger so they can actually see them... does the same apply if you wanna make it bigger? just make the height bigger and more pixels?

If you open Photoshop for the first time and can't figure this out for yourself, you're best off closing the program and going back to Paint.

Yes i am a noob when it comes to photoshop, but i was making a theme for the ps3 for my clan, and in the theme the picture never took up the whole screen so.

ok ur no help when i resize i want it to take up everything but when i make it bigger it makes the picture bigger but also puts alot of white in there to.
