I am running for Mayor of the town of Aurora Ontario Canada in the municipal election on October 25, 2010. In this video, I outline the 7 main roles of a Mayor. In future videos I will take you deeper into each of these roles and will discuss how I can have a positive impact on each of them for the citizens of the town of Aurora.

I am committed to improving the lives of every family and individual citizen of this great Town of Aurora.

With 3 school aged children I understand the importance of a community in raising a family.

As a businessman and serial entrepreneur I also know the environment that is needed in a community so businesses can survive and grow.

As a retired police officer with twenty-five years of law enforcement experience and duty to the community I also understand what it means to be a professional, the rule of law, and the need for civility and order in the conduct of daily life.

Through providing the leadership needed to grow, to improve on the way we do business, and to think strategically about our future in the areas of education, housing, transportation and business climate, we can make a difference!
