Here is a great alternative to the traditional bent over row. The kettlebells allow the lifter to create and arch like movement pattern increasing the lat activation of the exercise.

    I love how that's phrased as if you couldn't do that pattern with DBs.

    That said, it's harder to lift with bad form using KBs than it is with DBs, so KBs do help to encourage the arch even though they're not necessary to get it.
