Video-capture of an event sponsored by CSUN Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) October 4, 2011, in the Ferman Presentation Room at the CSUN Oviatt Library. Introduction by Mark Stover, Dean of the Oviatt Library at California State University, Northridge.

Since 1985, Dr. Dunbar has served in five space flights, logging in more that 1,208 hours in space. Dr. Dunbar hold degrees in Ceramic Engineering and a Ph.D. in Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering. Recently retired as the President and CEO of the Museum of Flight in Seattle, and currently Executive Director of Wings Over Washington, Dr. Dunbar shares the WISE goal of encouraging young women to pursue careers in science and engineering.
