How could they had done more to stop the carnage after they marshalled the militia way before the elections. Listen to all the pre-election campaigns. Majimbo talks, emphasis on how one tribe rules the Nation. It was all pre-arranged and not spontaneous. They celebrated their fame through bloodletting. What a shame. They are tribalistic technocrats with no remorse for any people, (even children burning in a church) just because they are another ethnicity.
