@Guitar1sti No, it doesn't really matter. I don't see why it's a big deal :P. But, even if you watch his live Chaos Ridden Years solo, he uses his pinky maybe once on a speed run. MAYBE once. And no, Paul Gilbert's style and Alexi's are completely different. Both good, but quite different.

@JTNorquay no shit, and what does it matter, paul gilbert does it the same way, you dont need it if can sound that good and he does not play anything like that is impossible to play with out :p

actually maybe the solos are a litle bit less technical but the riffs are really really more complicated than earlier COB
