The website says 0 minutes with the $10 plan, so he lied? He did have to prepay. The whole commercial I kept thinking he's going to run out of his minutes in that one conversation.

there are no minutes included in the $10 plan. You pay 25 cents per minute as they are used. For those of us carrying a cell phone for emergency purposes only, it's a great deal. For most months, I use no minutes, so I pay $10. If i use 5 minutes, I'm billed $1.25 in addition to the $10. This muchcheaper than a competitors plan that cost me $50 per month with 450 minutes included (which I never used!). I am an exception and do not require to be "connected" every waking moment!!
