After some more research I have finally been able to find a closer effekt by tweaking the settings in a flanger. By the knowledge I have gathered from Ben Burt himself (the guy making all sound fx in the original Star Wars) I know that a Chorus effect was never used. Darth Vaders vocal effekt is made using at least one flanger. I have now a new setup with both flanger and chorus and it sounds quite nice. Maybe in the future I might share these settings too ;)
