  • @abacusmage Alitalia must provide a compensation when the flight is delayed by 3 hours and more and iff they don't do that they are breaking the Europeen Union law. Also Alitalia has served Hong-Kong in the past but now they don't and Alitalia has probably soufered from the competition off the Cathay Pacific.

  • @Ahuntsicspotter

SU is on skyteam but I think AF wil take AZ

  • Racist cunts -_-

  • @Zeul28 Aeroflot has an intention to buy Alitalia.

  • @abacusmage Iff Alitalia refused to give a Hotel they, they violated the Europeen law and for that you have to complain to see Alitalia punished by the autoritys. Also between Rome and Hong-Kong there is no Alitalia but the only airline who is flying from Rome to Hong-Kong is Cathay Pacific.

  • The only good thing about Alitalia is....well nothing. Alitalia is just 100% crap.

  • The cause of Alitalia terrible service was due to the fact that the employers, protecterd by the governement ownership of the company, took over the company and realized they could do whatever they wanted without the fear of being fired. .

  • @captanjaco Lol,same in America. There are some normal people. They hate Delta. The politics are never normal. If they ere they'd be banned.

Thanks for the reply. I only asked You because I was ratehr curious. I only few three times with Alitalia. 1 domestic flight, once to Brussels and once (many years ago) to Frankfurt. My domestic flight was cancelled and they put me on the evening flight, flight from FRA was 4 hours delayed (I was lucky bcs I arrived with 2 hours delay from Gran Canaria) and the BRU flight the hosts were very arogant. With other words: NEVER AGAIN ALITALIA

They didn't loose our luggage which was the main thing i was worried about. Although when i collected my suitcase the lock was gone (haven't got a clue how the lock could have come off) & my hello kitty luggage tag had gone as well.

UK to Rome the staff were nice, i was sat by the door which made me panic a bit so they let me sit near the window.

Rome to Japan/ Japan back to Rome they were nice.

Rome back to UK they came across as moody and were really rude to us.
