RIP Goodyear Chimney, We will miss you, had a tear in my eye. Wolverhamptons Landmark gone in a matter of seconds. It should never have gone!
Sunday 29th June 2008. This footage was filmed by me xbadxwolfx please do not use this footage without promision from me.
a load of people came along time ago and built it with sweat and labour, and they came along making the fact of blowing a chimney fun and doing a countdown, and that guy probley got £80 for pressing some button what took 15mins to set up, and made it an enternatment show. seriusley a load of people probley came along to build it with poor labour and placed a uk flag on top of it

It's a shame. They should have at least put the resident of Low Hill into the chimney before they knock it down.

I think it could have been taken down and put somewhere else - another part of Wolvo's past GONE FOREVER!
