SCCRC Glasgow Protest Scotland

SCCRC Refused to refer case to appeal despite numerous competent Grounds. SCCRC have referred cases with fractions of my Grounds.like Kidd, Orr, Neeson, Gair, and Allison to name but a Few.

Justice is not being Equally Dispensed By SCCRC, They are referring some cases and others with the same grounds are Discarded

Judge told Jury they must consider the evidence of Nigel Muckle with great care as he was an off-duty policeman with four years service. Is He not asking the Jury to prefer Muckles evidence against the defence
