HAHAH! IT sure felt like it, didn't it? I live in Bismarck, and when they announced totals I was like, WHAT? That many in so few days?

I was there. This was only half (or less) of the total efforts by citizens cities wide.
Katrina (aftermath) wouldnt happen here, people wouldnt let it.

i was there on march 29th it was awesome, half of the floor was filled with pallets stacked full of sandbags, the other half was full of row's of sand getting bagged, it was crazy, its really wierd to see construction equipment in a place like that

Everyone who came and helped sandbag was fantastic! I just want to say thanks to everyone who did! You probably saved the cities!

that is what community is all about coming together to help each other! Oh wait we in the united states don't like that word, commune, communism, community, I mean way to capitalize off of your misfortune, No overtime, just keep working around the clock. Capitalize!!!!!!
