I've been meaning to get a video of these wigwags for a while now, and I finally have. The line is slated for removal within the next 2 years, and with it, these historic wigwags.

  • That is so cool! And so retro at the same time! If this line is to be abandonned, you should look into trying to aquire the wig wag!

  • @Railrodder Haha I wish! Everybody will be asking CN for them... Who knows what CN will do...

  • what's the status on the wig-wags?

  • From my Conrail trackchart of 1981, there were 18 sets of Wig-Wag crossings from Fallsview (Niagara Falls) to the east portal of the Detroit Tunnel.
