As long as the child is being taken care of it doesn't matter how much the man has in his wallet or hidden anywhere else. That's whats wrong with the system. They are trying to decide for you how much you should spend on your child BEYOND what it takes to actually care for them. Like I said as long as the needs of the child are met it shouldn't matter what the parent has.
