Well you don't get to choose - she climbs up in TR:A, and vaults up on legend. That's just the way they animated her.

its tomb raider anniversary darkdevil49 i have it i have legand for my nintendo the totally different. The only new thing in leand is the grapple but its much better in anniversary. is there a t-rex in cause my friend has it on play station and hers does but i haven't come across one yet.

Yes, there's a T-Rex in Anniversary as there was in TR1.
It looks more like a giant alligator though, it's compulsory to kill it, and it's bookended by QTE's.
