Imagine how long they would live if they wouldn't eat meat at all huh... You shouldn't use statements that are so wide as a continent, since the climate the life style the products and all the other factors might interfere in the end results. It's the same as my search for human soul I can't tell if it really changes the way human behaves in life without observing his whole life.

Although i 100% agree with this video, id like to point out that Japan and spain have among the longest life expectancies in the world yet they eat meat and fish..it's a case that people need to cut back on meat and stop making it a main part of every meal. Either that or not eat it at all of course. My mum and I aren't Vegetarians yet we eat veggie 5 days a week. I was one but felt really uncomfortable and selfish having to make people make separate meals for me. But I still eat veggie or vega

It WILL kill you. Top 3 causes of death across the US and Europe are:1.Heart and blood vessel disease. 2.Different types of cancer. 3.Mechanical trauma(mostly car accidents). Meat is the main(yes, not the only one but the MAIN) cause of heart disease and about 50-60% cancer types. You hear a lot of folk telling stories about how their grandmother never smoked a cigarette or had a sip of alcohol in her life but died from severe cancer or a heart attack. Meat. +Veg people usually live longer lives

I would share it, but I know there is no point since most of the people are just stupid and don't want to see the truth. Even if you shove it down their throats they are so weak they will spit it out and pretend nothing happened to continue getting pleasure from their 'tasty' meat. This is obviously an addiction! Just like an alcoholic won't give up alcohol no matter how much it destroys his health and makes his family suffer. This is the time to realize meat eaters are sick and need HELP!

Giving up meat was so easy for me. I may miss the convenience, but whenever I see or smell that piece of flesh I just can't stomach it. I still have trouble with dairy and sometimes eggs, but giving up meat is something I'll never go back on. plants>meat nuff said
