He already used the harpejji.. 127 hours "If I Rise" watch the videos on youtube it shows Rahman using the instrument...this is revolutionary stuff.. Love it
-
@acereagle The guy was just teaching Rahman how to play that, it is a brand new instrument.
Obviously he would know the instrument better than ARR! WTF?
Within seconds AR Rahman picked it up and played a beautiful peace, just listen to it, they have repeated the same music ARR played at the end. AR Rahman is complete musician from the head to tow. He born to entertain us with his incredible talent!

also If you think TIME is right in awarding Roja and OSCARS are not in awarding Slumdog .... you are a hypocrite.. ... Slumdog was original and hard nutballs like you cannot digest great quality.... you need simple tunes and understandable music... cannot apply mind when complicated music is made can you?

i need not defend jai ho... it won an oscar... what about other music peices in the album? are they songs or background? typical indian behaviour... pull down ur nation's music guru when he's going places... u hav the indian crab mentality
-
@tunkuhoy Y0u mean to say "jai ho" is a background score? :P :P :P You really need to check the dictionary. And yes Rahman also composed the background scores of all the films that I mentioned, do listen to them, slumdog is pure crap in comparison.

an amazing instrument! truely beautiful
-
to be honest ,he plays beautiful than a.r.r...
-
u are comparing songs to background score... calling me a moron won't change the fact that you made a boo boo.. lol
-
@tunkuhoy I am comaring to "Roja", one of the 10 greatest soundtracks in the world according to Time magazine, also to "Bombay", "Dil se", "Taal", "Saathiya" etc. Compared to these track, the quality of "Slumdog" is just crap(and yes I mean background score too, you moron)
-
well.. what other Rahman standard are u comparing with? idiot
To the Uploader: The score and original songs of slumdog millionare were nothing compared to the usual standards of AR Rahman. It was only an irony tht his double academy and double grammy award triumphs were with Slumdog Millionare. He is one of the most versatile composers in the world.
