I love the high rev sound of these engines but its just horrible for the size of these engines how much gas they use. Theirs cars with twice the power that get better mileage. Hell 600HP viper gets 20+ highway.

it has a rotary wankel engine. it builds up torque after 5000 RPM. it was built to rev it.
