Dream Manager: DeskScapes and DreamScene manager from VistaDreams.org

Dream Manager is a desktop background manager and switcher for Windows Vista and XP with Startdock's DeskScapes installed. Using Dream Manager you will be able to setup how often you would like you desktop background to change. By managing your dreams through the Dream Manager interface, you can rate your dreams so that your favorites will show more often, and it will also allow you to set a different position setting for each dream.

Actually, DeskScapes now runs on XP! And Dream Manager also runs on XP to support it.
