Corn teaches dynamic vinyasa yoga classes on her Web site, www.seanecorn.com, where they are available for download.   • I love Seane Corn. She's so inspiring.

  • Neurotransmitters, neurons, which are chemicals, hormones, cells, tissue, arteries, used as messengers from everything we see, hear, received, encounter, retain, and release. The inner body is designed to conform and transform to what is planted. The harvest of planting cultivates and germinate. Likewise, when planting a seeds in a garden-the process of planting brings a harvest. I get this Ms. Corn. The Nervous System is a value.

  • She's one of the most inspired yoginis that i admired.
