This shows that we go on about how crap music is today but this shows that there has always been crap no matter what decade it was. I've just seen a full episode of Top of the Pops on BBCFour from 1976 and there wasn't one decent song in that episode, nothing memorable except the Number One Mississipi by Pussycat.

Yes I do love the 70s, there was some great songs, just a lot of crap.
