  • @billsquire44 In the winter I do snatch 80kg 5x6 clean 130kg 5x6 squad 160kg 5x6. in the summer i do not so much maybe sometimes snatch 80kg 4x3 and squad 120kg 4x3 or I do hurdles or like this just for tone
