He is guilty. His thesis in Paris was used as Khmer Rouge blue print for the Killing Fields. Khmer Romdos treated people better than the Khmer Rouge. A Khmer Rouge intellectual who turned his country to the killing fields cannot be Mr.Clean. Thanks for sharing this info.
