Rubbish if you have ever seen a 3D scan and watched a baby at 20 weeks sucking their thumb and playing, swinging from the umbilical cord, and even crying, even the law of the state places a time frame long before birth, after which it is too late to have an abortion. The Talmud was written when? I will have to check but I think it is 14th century AD. According to Jewish writings in this period, Jesus is recorded to be a trouble maker, a blasphemer, in it some Jewish people condemn Him all over again. The Books of Moses are clear that abortion is murder.

Then the Halaka and the Books of Moses are against each other? I do not think so. I can read, the Law of Moses states clearly that someone injuring a woman with child and the unborn child dies is to receive the ultimate penalty. God also says He desires mercy and not sacrifice, the penalty shows that such a sin separates us from God and is a mortal sin. And I have a friend in Israel who speaks Hebrew very well, so there is no misplaced words. Words are also backed by the Dead Sea Scrolls.

The "Quickening" is the position of the Catholic Church, Neo-traducianism is the new heresy. Neo-Traducianism has not been formally approved as "doctrine" yet as progressive Catholics like to point out. The move is underway to make it so. If they are successful, they will suceed in delcaring the history of Cahtoilicism a heretical belief. (Which will not be the first time this has happened)
