No, "rice" is modifications made to vehicles that don't give any kind of performance benefit, but are made to LOOK like they do. Civics and Accords can be made into capable sports cars, but generally (save for maybe the Si and Type R) don't come that way from the factory. The latter has enjoyed some popularity in touring car racing and both are popular in SCCA leagues. "Sports car" is a rather vague term.

@Romuloadex217 the f2007 has "spikes" in the side to help with aerodynamics and reduces drag. thy don't have it on the new cars as the FIA banned them in 2009 as they had anunfair advantage
