  • A little smoke won't hurt anything. Gives them character. You oughta watch some of them russian locomotive videos if you want to see smoke

  • @SteamboatWilley Thanks for the comment. We cant determine exactly how well maintained or not just looking images, in some cases maintanance routines are complex and involves many variables; also they could be old units but with good maintenance routine,the smoke would represent an engine in the end of its useful hours time but this cant represent a fail in the maintenance routine of the company or for instance in the safety procedures involved in operation...

  • @Railfanable The Apache Railroad Is An Arizona Railroad Which Has A Connection With BNSF Around Holbrook And Would Provide Service And Has There Yard And Office Around Snowflake About 35 Miles South Of Holbrook.
