Expression in this tutorial is;
loopOut(type="pingpong",numkeyframes=0)



This tutorial will show you how to animate using the puppet pin/warp tool with out setting any key frames, so it auto records what you deform or manipulate, you will see. Also a handy expression for looping footage.
Thanks to Rob Mize from Creative cow for the tut that showed me the auto record puppet pin option. It is amazing what you dont know untill you know, lol.
The rest I just picked up along my way, I am no expert in AE by a long shot but just thought this was some thing worth sharing.

@ckflorin Thankyou, yes sorry I haver had trouble with microphones and this computer, volume now is better on newer vids but still a bit noisy, sorry again.
