The Orbiter 2000

It's not a hamster wheel, or a cotton candy machine.... It's the Orbiter 2000. You've never seen a ride like this!!! This apparatus travels around the Midwest and Southwest United States. From what I can tell, a diesel engine powers a hydraulic motor that spins the cage and pivots it up and down and left to right. If you see it around; be sure to take a ride on the Orbiter 2000, just make sure you empty your pockets (and your stomach) for that matter before riding.

The Orbiter travels around the Southwest as far as I can tell. You might try catching it at the "Bite Of Las Vegas" Festival. I think the 2008 date is October 25th.
