She was referring to population size not square miles. Rhode Island is the smallest state (sq miles) yet it has almost twice the population of Alaska.

Umm.....the last time I checked, "courage" was one of the marks of a true leader.

I would hardly characterize quitting a high level administrative position as courageous. And she is terrified of the media. All she's done is bitch and whine about the media.
