http://www.RediscoverAdventure.com One of the things you can do to increase the Adventure Quotient in you life is to seize opportunities and say YES when people ask you to do things. Indigo and I (Kerry Ward) had a phenomenal long weekend where Dan and I towed Indigo out to Twin Island to do some exploring and jumping off of the cliffs there. Pretty good leap for a 9 year old, I'd say. The next day, we drove to Anacortes and took the Cap Sante Castaways program, which is a survival at sea workshop. Very cool. We swam in survival suits and launched lifeboats. Indigo could even right the boat after capsizing it by herself.
We then drove to Silver City, Idaho and stay with our friends Kim and Vern. We used the quads to get around, collecting rocks, panning for gold and exploring mines. It was a total hoot. We made S'mores and slept in a 140 year old Masonic Temple that is haunted.
