  • This is awesome and I think what your doing is great but how did you get to Europe? Surely it would be better to tour in the U.S. and Canada and promote bicycles and sustainability to the rest of the world online via your website.

  • @nye1956

15 of us traveled to London on the Queen Mary II, a large cross-Atlantic cruise liner. It is certainly the most fuel efficient method for carrying this many people to Europe. We're spending 6 months in Europe. In other words, it's not as if we're flying all over the world to spend a couple of days at a time in each area.

A Canadian tour may happen. The legalities are tougher there though. We'll see.

    Thanks for commenting.

  • Wonderful initiative. Don't you want to come to Brazil????

  • yes!

  • For the "World Tour starting this Fall" are you going to ride bikes across the Atlantic? or spend thousands of gallons of jet fuel like Algoracle does?

  • Bike powered boats... duh!

  • Sorry there brothers. Much respect, but the band bicycle toured unsupported by a vehicle years ago in the 90's. I joined the band in 1999 and we toured from Portland, Maine to Washington D.C. on bicycles with BOB trailers hauling our gear playing shows all along the way in 2000. Granted we had sponsors that gave us shitty bikes to give to college students to help haul the gear. But we ended up babysitting them more than any of them hauled any single piece of gear.

  • awesome!

  • @bass4at That's re-assuring news. Good luck on your travels. By the way it's thanks to folks like you and others that inspired me to go car free last month. In 4 weeks i've lost 14lbs in weight, feel fitter already and am saving a fortune in money that I would otherwise of spent running my car. Best decision i've made...although I might not feel that way in the dead of winter. Anyway keep up the good work and thanks! :o)

  • I saw you guys on the Sziget Festival in Budapest. You were amazing! I love the idea of generating your own (green) energy!

I hope to see one of your shows again one day. Greets from Holland!

  • COOL thank you for sharing this BIKE EXPO!

  • Respect from so many directions!! and thanks for playing at Brighton, on the cycle ride and getting nude!! (will attach 3d video when its done)
