Something about 1966 -with the release of albums Fresh Cream,Revolver,Eight Miles High ,Pet Sounds we were on the threshold of great change.

I was there,in it .believe me 1966 by was more invigorating.By The "Summer of Love's" end any good vibe was being ,in the words of the late Abbie Hoffman ,"co-opted by Warner Brothers" In other words the marketing of a revolution finished off the true spirit.

@DaDa2Phlux 1967 was even a greater year - we saw the psychedelic side really come out with sgt peppers lonely hearts club band, the doors, jimi hendrix, traffic, steppenwolf, janis joplin, Monterey pop festival and wayyyyyyyyyyy more etc...
