The Energy Trust of Oregon is an oxymoron. they funnel more money out our state than people realize, or they’d be angry, CSG, BPI as well, are back-east revenue monsters, leading small oregon contractors to slaughter. Press should get ahold of that concept, and shed light for the citizens of oregon.
