beginning of weight loss journey

Wow! As I sit here and post this video I have to shed a tear. Though I'm a bit confused as to the exact origin of the tear lol So, I sit here and pick it apart and come to the conclusion that the tear comes from a mixture of pride, of liberation and of downright FEAR! Because I KNOW that this time there is no turning back. If I don't lose this weight...I'm going to die. I'm DONE being unhealthy, out of breath and in pain every morning trying to get out of bed. I'm DONE sitting on the side of the yard while my children play. I want to live life with them!! Not just eat, sleep, and breathe, but truly LIVE life with and for them! Play, run, jump, laugh...live. I ask you for your support. You may never know how much it will mean to me.

you got some kahonas puttin yourself out there like that lady!! props to you for that..... you can soooooo do this just aim for small realistic goals towards a bigger goal so you dont get discouraged, at least thats what helps me... like if i go for a hike and theres a spot that i have a hard time with, i push harder till that spot is easy.. then find another challenge.. btw once you showed your face... omg your beautiful!!!
