voting for the so called "cute guy" like scotty based on looks is stupid. this is a SINGING contest. the past 4 american idol winners have been guys and its starting to get frusterating when ppl like this are placed 9th. VOTE FOR TALENT THIS YEAR

She is very good but not the kind of good that 16-year-old girls vote for. They need someone they can relate to, so they can think, "That could be me." Pia comes across as more mature, more polished, an experienced professional. If you wanna win Idol, you gotta make the teeny boppers feel like they could be in your shoes (or you could be their boyfriend).

Pia was voted off because this performance was dull... It's an upbeat song!!! And she just walked around the stage in slow motion... it wasn't any fun to watch because she didn't have fun with it. When Tina Turner performed this song you couldn't take your eyes off her, Pia didn't do it justice. Vocal she was great, but if that's all you are then you can't be an entertainer.

To everyone who is mad about the whole situation. did u vote? she didnt get voted off because people didnt like her. they just thought she was so good she was safe. it is devastating , but it happens. i loved every time she got on stage, and we havent seen the last of her. she will get signed after the tour this summer, just hang in there guys.
