I have tendinitis in my right biceps tendon at the shoulder. I can't do any biceps training that involves letting the weight hang low. I can do all kinds of seated biceps exercises with no pain, but if I try concentration curls, standing curls, or any variation of them it hurts like crap.
To build muscles daily total protein should be between 0.8 grams to 1 gram times body weight. For example, 172 lbs times 1 gram equals 172 grams of protein every day. Within 30 minutes after working out eat protein with some carbohydrates such as Mercola Whey with fruit.
