Final Fantasy XII ~ Immobilize Glitch [Enemies Be Gone!]

I've heard it was a glitch... I don't honestly know.
But here is how to use it.

Steps:
1. Immobilize one party member
2. Play as a second character and move away from the immobilized character
*3. When you encounter enemies, switch the leader to the immobilized character, then switch back to the mobile character
4. The enemies should be gone!

*Note: You're weapon must be drawn for the glitch to work.

**REMEMBER!**
Keep the the immobilized character immobile or they will start to move towards the leader (as demonstrated).

this works to help get the zodiac spear early in the game when strong enemies make it impossible to navigate the area.
