BNU Great Wall Simatai: exchange student

The BNU Beijing Normal University has several touristic events offered for their foreign exchange students, like for example as you can see in this video visiting the Great Wall Section Simatai, the offer is very low budget. BaDaLing is a more popular Great Wall Section than Simatai, because it is one of the closest and can also be reached easily by a frequent and cheap bus (919 from DeShengMen). Simatai instead is a bit further away from Beijing, but much less crowded and in my opinion, much more worth to visit..way more beautiful :)!

A great time to visit the Great Wall is in autumn or even in winter (although very cold), you can be sure it won't be that crowded. In my opinion in summer, it's just way too hot!
