Parkour training.
I landed on my shoulder which I had dislocated a few years ago. The impact was painful and the tendons or whatever they are around my ribs popped out of place. That's why I rolled to the side; I was unable to stand. Sitting off to the side, I was able to massage the tissue and push it back into place around my ribs; it's a painful process. I laid back to better stretch my shoulder and make sure everything was back in working order. The rest is just funny!
