Eraserheads Reunion Concert 2008: Light Years

This is what was supposed to be the last song (#15) of the first set but it turned out to be the last song of the concert. Take note that at the last second of the clip, Ely Buendia kneels down. It turns out that he was having chest pains and had to be rushed to the hospital minutes later.
