honorblade of chorrol is the best for low levels its ebony and waitless untill finished quest owe and you can repair it also u can trade it for a shield that reflects damage so now that you know the truth go figure it out

@iAmBlazerzz no, the best thing to do is completing all the quests before the main story quests and you will become much stronger. when i started to do the story quests i was the arch-mage, the gray fox, the listener and the guilmaster of fighters guild and i already had azura star and umbra
