  • @s73v36 I bet the bosu ball doesn't help reduce lymphatic drainage or improve your bone density.

  • A great aspect of the vibration plate for me is that it gives me the motivation to do exercises like this one which I wouldn't do otherwise. And when I exercise on the plate I get my pulse up and feel my muscles work.

    One great "side effect" of this mashine is that I got rid of the orange peel on my tights after fifteen years!

  • @s73v36  Please tell how the frequency does not benefit muscles?

  • Wow a new exercise tool to dupe people of their money. Vibration does not make muscle or cause the body to change any more than the same exercise on a bosu ball. In fact the bosu ball is better in all aspects. I am happy to answer any questions people may have before they wast their money on this product.
