My cat talking to birds who are taunting him (Mon chat parlant à des oiseaux qui le narguent)

English : My cat (a Turkish Van) seems to be talking to two birds (Black Redstarts). The male stays far away but the female one kept coming near the window, flying in one place, like it was taunting my cat.

Français : Mon chat (un Turc de Van) semble parler à deux oiseaux (des Rouge-Queues). Le mâle n'approche pas mais la femelle par contre n'arrêtait pas de s'approcher de la vitre, volant sur place, comme si elle narguait mon chat.
