IM a Heavy equipment operator in the seabees were learning how to operate graders dose anyone know of any good instuction videos that will give me a uperhand

i dont have any vidios but i can give you some easy tips that will help

Well, Mopar, I am in the Seabees (NMCB24) as well.. Contact your local CAT dealer - Look for someone in the TRAINING department, and ask them for some videos. Our training department has tons of stuff - and they love to help ppl, and especially military. Are you in Gulfport or Hueneme?

Whats it like operating a Grader? Hard/Easy?

Oh! I love graders. Those are lovely machines!
Unfortunately, I havent worked as motor grader operator since Ive started to study at university. I miss it a bit.
I find operating grader harder than operating other machines. I have worked only with H-series graders without laser system. but I think its harder not only because of eight or even more levers and a steering wheel to manage. You know grader operator should have something like second sight. ;)
