@tumordoctor We are LIVING in the week prior to the wedding. Your quote of Revelation19:7 "Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb HAS COME, and His wife has made herself ready.”
Also, yes, the 2nd Coming is the next major event. You really don't expect John to be standing around dictating events in Real Time do you? Course not!

@tumordoctor I mistyped a moment ago. I didn't mean to say we eat AFTER the Wedding Supper of the Lamb. I meant to say we eat AFTER the Wedding. You have to have the WEDDING FIRST, then the reception.

@tumordoctor I say we eat AFTER the Wedding supper of the Lamb. If you want rejoice amongst the dead, then go ahead. It's going to be a mess and we'll have to work to clean it up. I'll eat my meal WITH JESUS CHRIST in Heaven then return WITH Him. His Bride is WITH Him in Revelation 4:1-4 I know I'm going to watch the Coronation of Christ, when He receives His "MANY CROWNS". He isn't wearing the any in Revelation 5 right before He opens the 1st Seal, but He's wearing them at the 2nd Coming.

Sorry, JHMH, but that's the wedding announcement. There is no actual wedding described as happening in Heaven. Just the announcement followed immediately by His return. Why? Because He's coming FOR His bride at that time. Put two and two together.

@tumordoctor Revelation 19:7-9 WEDDING SUPPER OF THE LAMB & we are NOT going to eat amongst the dead bodies in Rev. 19:11-18 We have our Heavenly Meal in Heaven, BEFORE we come back WITH Christ.

4)Acts 3:21 says that He won't leave Heaven until the "restitution of all things" (not 7 years before that).

1)What Missler and Perry Stone fail to mention is that in actual Jewish wedding custom, the bride and groom aren't permitted to see each other for the "week" prior to the wedding.
2)There is no mention of a wedding or marriage supper in Heaven. Only the announcement (Rev 19:7-10) followed immediately by the Lord's return (verses 11-21).
3)He ascended from Earth to Heaven (Acts 1:9-11). He's coming back the same way He left. To Earth.

@RaptureMe2 The Chadar: The departure of the groom: After the Betrothal Ceremony, the groom left to prepare the Chadar (chamber). The bridegroom in ancient Israel left his beloved to go to his father's house to prepare a Chadar.
(A bridal house) He would be gone up to 12 months (John 14.2-3) with the promise to return. Yeshua the heavenly bridegroom, left his bride to prepare a wedding chamber for her and he promises to return. His promise is still good and his return is near (Acts. 1.8-11).
"Come my people, enter our chambers and shut the door behind you, hide yourself as it were, for a little moment until the indignation is past. For behold the Lord comes out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity."
Isaiah 26.21-22
While the wrath of God is poured out on the earth, the bride of Christ will be hidden away with her Bridegroom.

it refers to the marriage of the Lamb (Jesus) and His Church. Jewish marriage customs tell us that a freshly married couple spent 7 days "in their chamber".
